  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing time may extend. Customers will be notified accordingly.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • For remote or non-serviceable pin codes, delivery timelines may vary.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on selected orders.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro & Tier 1 cities: 6–7 business days

  • Other locations: 7–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors.


5. Courier Partners

We use trusted third-party courier partners to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Seyora Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order is dispatched.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.

  • Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and offer a resolution as per our internal policy.


8. Damaged Packages

  • If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video before opening.

  • Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof for assistance.


9. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Seyora Beauty is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


10. Force Majeure

Seyora Beauty shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government regulations.
